Badge Tracker

How to use this tracker

The entries below are the known badges supplied by the game’s badges API. Tick a badge only when you have earned it. The badge names confirm that an ending, event, anomaly, visitor, or system exists, but a name alone does not prove the exact conditions. Keep evidence in the anomaly checklist and record ending milestones in the ending tracker.

Rarity snapshot

The awarded counts below are an approximate community unlock snapshot, not fixed odds or a measure of difficulty. Badge totals change over time as more people play, and they cannot show how many players actively attempted a badge. They are useful only for deciding which achievements are widely seen and which are rare enough to document carefully.

  • Commonly seen (about 96,000–98,000 awards): The Dream Room (~98,435), Door Held (~97,137), and Caught You Looking (~96,832).
  • Less common (about 30,000 awards): Kindness (~31,342) and Losing It (~29,978).
  • Mid-range (about 11,000–19,000 awards): Ending 1 (~19,003), Not Today (~13,596), Three Strikes (~12,010), and Flush of Fear (~11,287).
  • Rare (under 2,000 awards): Ending 3 (~1,728), Rat Buster (~75), What the Dog Doin’ (~19), Ending 2 (~11), and Juan (~5).
  • Unawarded in this snapshot: Blood Money (~0). This does not prove that the badge is impossible or reveal its condition.

Use these totals as a prompt to preserve evidence, not to chase an assumed route. The hidden badges guide groups the discoveries worth tracking, while Blood Money keeps the named currency goal separate from guesses about a badge trigger.

Endings and survival

  • ENDING 1 — ending-related badge; track alongside the 10 days goal.
  • ENDING 2 — ending-related badge; track alongside the golden skeleton goal.
  • ENDING 3 — ending-related badge; strange grandma is connected to its key.
  • Three Strikes — known survival-related badge; record the run context when earned.
  • Door Held — known door-focused badge; note the current doorway and rule context.
  • Not Today — known survival-focused badge; avoid assuming a full trigger from its title.

Read hotel survival basics for the overall loop, then use Survive 10 Days to focus a long-run record. Compare completed ending evidence in All Endings and use the threat ranking to review what created pressure in a completed or failed run.

Anomalies and sanity

  • Caught You Looking — known observation-related badge; record the camera evidence.
  • Flush of Fear — known toilet-anomaly-related badge; see the toilet anomaly guide.
  • Losing It — known sanity-related badge; note the sanity state without inventing a threshold.
  • Blood Money — known currency-goal badge; record confirmed progress toward Blood Money.

The all anomalies guide covers the window anomaly, toilet anomaly, room hider, door breaker, and shadow figure. For the window, write down stage comparisons rather than trusting memory. For any uncertain sighting, mark it as uncertain until a later camera check supports it.

Visitors and special discoveries

  • Rat Buster — known pizza-rat-related badge; pizza rat is associated with a baseball bat.
  • Juan — known Juan easter-egg badge.
  • What the Dog Doin’ — known dog easter-egg badge.
  • Kindness — known kindness-reward-visitor badge.
  • The Dream Room — known Dream Room badge.

Use the visitors guide and visitor trust ranking for context. A badge may confirm that a visitor or discovery exists, but it does not make a door decision universally safe. Check the cameras, the room, and the rules first.

Suggested evidence note

For every badge, write: date or run number, what you observed, the room state, any visitor context, sanity and Blood Money notes, and whether an ending milestone was confirmed. Include the visible badge result rather than an assumed trigger. This creates a reliable personal reference and makes the Tools Hub useful across many runs.

Suggested unlock order

Prioritize Door Held, Caught You Looking, and Ending 1 before rare Easter eggs. Use this tracker beside the Ending Tracker so completionists do not derail a strong ten-day attempt for Juan or the dog badge too early in the learning curve.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers about the hotel room, visitors, and endings.

How many known badges are listed?

Fifteen known badges are listed from the game’s badges API, covering endings, survival, anomalies, sanity, currency, visitors, and discoveries.

Does a badge title reveal its exact condition?

No. Use it as evidence of a feature and record your observed context instead.

Which badges relate to special visitors?

Rat Buster, Juan, What the Dog Doin', Kindness, and The Dream Room relate to known visitor or discovery content.

What makes a badge entry useful for future runs?

Add the run number, visible room evidence, camera state, visitor context, active rule, sanity note, Blood Money note, and ending progress that were actually present when the badge appeared. This preserves the surrounding evidence without claiming that the badge name by itself reveals a hidden condition.

Why should I track ending badges separately?

ENDING 1, ENDING 2, and ENDING 3 identify completed ending-related achievements, while the ending tracker keeps the known 10 days, golden skeleton, and grandma-key objectives organized as progress records.
